Propane is listed daily in The Wall Street Journal under refined
products. Mount Belvieu, Texas is the origin of most of the propane
in the U.S. and is also the origin of the TX Eastern Pipeline. Thrifty Propane transports
propane up the TX Eastern pipeline to our facilities then to
your home or business. To calculate your propane charges go to The
Wall Street Journal, take the day’s non-TET propane price, add your county pipeline tariff/delivery, then add it to the amount on the
wheel to the right.
* No contract required
* No fuel recovery charge
* No hazardous material charge

We have these annual Program Options:
- Locking/Cap - This option ensures that your price per
gallon will never exceed a predetermined “cap price”.
Yet, should the price of propane on any given day be lower, you
will receive the lower price. A
$59.00 processing
fee will also apply.
- Pre-Buy - You may pre-buy your propane. With this option, there is
no required time limit on when you must use your fuel.
Price is one thing but if our gas lasts longer what's that worth? There are different grades of propane. So why pay for poor quality gas. Thrifty Propane exclusively sells HD5 propane which is required to have a minimum of 95% propane in the liquid. The other propane, commercial grade gas called "propane" legally sold under ASTM D 1835 has no requirement of any propane in the liquid.
